We depicted a real multi-layered structure of a specific protein: ribbons, solvent surface, and individual atoms.
Animation in detail. Proteins
We had to show key druggable transient protein interactions using advanced AI approaches. That's why we are diving inside the cell and focusing on proteins only.
Next, we show several levels of protein structure resolution. We have to visualize them with atomic resolution cryo-EM and custom-design precision molecular glues that bind specifically at these protein interfaces.
Animation in detail. Looped video
For the looped animation, we selected only the MoA part, where we are using AI to predict the drug complementary to a specific protein pocket.
In our video, it's a small molecule inhibitor of a cancer enzyme protein.
